Since 2005, real estate has been Ryan's professional focus. 
As a broker with expertise in investment properties, marketing and selling homes for sale, Ryan has closed more than 150 REO properties between 2009-2012, managed hundreds of rental units, orchestrated 100+ investment projects from start to finish and been a guest speaker at numerous California Association of REALTOR (C.A.R.) events.

With an education in entrepreneurship from Purdue University, Ryan has combined his experience and leadership strength to move the Kingdom Forward through Capital & Influence, his real estate brokerage as well through his property management company, Ottosen & Co which he runs with his wife Traci. 

Before founding Ottosen & Co and Capital & Influence, and embarking on his career as a successful real estate professional, Ryan served his country as a Sergeant of machine gunners in the United States Marine Corps.

Safe Path for Seniors is a referral service for seniors in need of placement in assisted living and memory support communities. There is no cost to the families.

For over 30 years, Alicia Cole has focused on client experience: investing into long term relationships, listening, and creating solutions when problems arise. Prior to real estate, Alicia managed and owned a successful business, managed personal rental property, and homeschooled one of her children, both of whom were raised in the community she loves.
