The Glendora Coordinating Council celebrated one of the community’s most enduring and quietly influential leaders this September, presenting its Humanitarian Award to Ritsuko Rowe, a woman whose dedication to international friendship and student enrichment has spanned more than three decades. Since the inception of the Glendora Sister City Program, Ms. Rowe has served as one of its most steadfast ambassadors, helping nurture the long-standing relationship between Glendora and Moka, Japan.
