DESCRIPTION:Learn the basics of public transit systems such as Foothill Transit\, Metro\, Metrolink\, and Glendora Transit. The workshop will start with a Transit 101 presentation\, followed by a guided day of travel on the Gold Line train to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. You will have a few hours to grab something to eat and explore the area. Light snacks and water will be provided. \n\nNo unaccompanied minors. This is a very active trip that will require a lot of walking. If you use a wheelchair/walker\, please contact us to discuss the trip and comfort level.\n\nTrips are limited to a group of 10 participants. If there is a large waitlist\, staff may consider adding a second trip. \n\nRegistration is required for this activity. If you have any questions\, contact the Transportation Division at 626-852-4814.
